How long until I receive my items?Our current turn around varies between 1 - 2 weeks as most items are hand made to order. All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery in protective wrapping to ensure a safe & speedy arrival. Your tracking number will be updated and emailed as soon as your goods have been dispatched. All of our items are hand made so please allow us up to 3 weeks to receive your order although they usually arrive sooner, if you need your items for a specific date please let us know when ordering. Please check you have the correct delivery address saved so we can get your items to you quickly and safely as Misdirected/Wrong addresses provided could take up to 3 months in claims and re-directions via Royal Mails policies. Please also be aware that process & delivery times may vary during the holiday season. Missing/Delayed Items:- UK = If your item does not arrive within 2 weeks since receiving your tracking number, please contact us ASAP so that we can open a case/claim for the delayed/missing item. This must be done within a month time frame according to the postal services to be able to investigate. International Deliveries = If your item does not arrive within 1 month since receiving your tracking number, please contact us ASAP so that we can open a case/claim for the delayed/missing item. This must be done within a 3 month time frame according to the postal services in order for them to be able to investigate. Anything after that time frame will not be investigated.

Do you take Custom Requests?Absolutely! If you can't find exactly what you want, We are more than happy to discuss something different. We can Bling almost anything!

Do the crystals stay on?Each Crystal, Rhinestone, Pearl or Embellishment are glued individually by hand with an industrial strenth suitable glue. However, all items should be treated like a piece of jewellery. For more info on how to look after your goods please read our Product After Care Guide below.

Can I return an item?As most of our products are hand made to order, we can't accept returns on the items you ask us to personalise in the sizing made for you. - Example - A pair of high tops in your personal sizing made with an image of your choosing. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, Please contact us immediately if you have a problem. On rare occasions if the mistake in item sent is our error than we will accept a 14 day return for a replacement, a refund may be permitted if the item is sent back in its originally, unused, perfect working order condition for non custom made items. Items sent back either used or damaged is NOT eligable for a full refund. All sales are final with custom made orders.
Product Aftercare
CRYSTAL CASES & ACCESSORIES:
All Crystal Cases & Accessories will last a very long time as long as they are treated with care, like a piece of jewellery.
Be careful not to drop them.
Do not leave items in over heated areas as this could cause the glue to soften and this makes the crystals to become loose.
To clean our items use a damp cloth/tissue and gently wipe over the surface. Do not pick at the crystals as this could cause them to come off.
CRYSTAL FOOTWEAR:
Your Crystal Blinged Footwear should be treated & handled with care.
Do not leave Crystal Footwear in hot areas as this could cause the glue to soften & make crystals come loose.
We advise you to not wear your Crystal Footwear in muddy conditions as it can attach itself to the glue between crystals making it very hard to clean.
We recommend that Crystallised footwear should be worn on Special Occasions, You want to keep items looking there best, so treat them like a piece of jewellery.
When packing to travel with your Crystal Blinged Footwear - we advise you keep the shoes in a hard box. Do not wrap your shoes in clothing or towels as this warmth can loosen and pick away at the crystals. ALWAYS pack them into a hard wearing box. We will not accept rEsponsibility for failure to do so.

With custom made items all sales are final. Should any expected wear and tear issues arise - we are happy to send a replacement packet of spare crystals and industrial strength crystal friendly glue should any accidents occur upon request.
